How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping time for national shipments is 1-2 working days (except for orders bound for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, for which shipping lasts 3-5 working days).For international orders, shipping time depends on the shipping destination, and can range from 3 to 5 working days.

How much shipping costs will I pay?

National orders:

  • For orders of less than 100€, shipping costs are 3€.
  • For orders or more than 100€, shipping is free.

European orders (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, Austria, Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland and Denmark):

  • For orders of more than 100€, shipping costs will be calculated upon placing of the order. The approximately shipping costs for orders between 0-5 kg. is 14 €. 

For those EU countries not included in the list aboveand and non-EU countries: shipping costs will be calculated upon placing the order.

How is the shipment sent to my place of residence?

As soon as you send your order, the logistics company that manages yporque shipments (Jomarc Logistic S.L.) will send you a confirmation e-mail with the shipment reference number, which you will need in case any delays occur.

Please remember to specify the desired time and date of the delivery in your  e-mail enquiry.

Should you be unavailable at the time of delivery, the deliverer will contact youagain in order to agree on another delivery time

IMPORTANT: The shipping costs specified above only cover two delivery attempts. Should the second delivery attempt fail due to the absence of the recipient of the order, the recipient will be charged with the costs of the third delivery attempt and will have to pay them upon delivery, before receiving the order.


RETURNS

What are the deadlines for making a return?

The deadline for making any kind of return is 15 days, starting from the date of the purchase.

How can I return an item?

As long as the item is in perfect condition, properly labeled and packaged, you may ask to return the item by sending an e-mail to yporque@yporque.com, indicating “RETURN” in the subject line.

After having verified all the data, we will send a transporter to retrieve your parcel in the next 24 business hours (whenever this is possible).

In order to make an appointment for the retrieval, the logistics company (Jomarc Logistic S.L.) will contact you. If for whatever reason you are unable to accept the appointment time suggested by the company, you may contact them to modify the date by e-mail at: logistica.internet@jomarclogistic.com.

Do I pay the transport costs?

Yes. The retrieval costs for returned items bought at yporqueshop.com are always charged to the customer. The exact amount of the transport costs will be sent to you by e-mail before the date of retrieval of the order that you wish to return.

Note: It may occur that the case-specific retrieval costs differ from the standardized shipping costs indicated on the website.

How will I get the money from my return back?

Once we have received the returned order and verified that it is in perfect condition and properly labeled, we will reimburse its price to you, using the same means of payment that were used to make the order. The shipping costs resulting from the retrieval of the returned order will be deducted from the reimbursement. Bear in mind that the deadline for the receipt of a payment by credit card always depends on your bank.

yporqueshop.com reserves the right to refuse returned orders, should the return claim have been communicated to us or the returned order sent to us after the fixed deadline indicated above, or should the order be returned in a worse condition than upon reception by the customer.


EXCHANGES

Can I exchange items?

Yes. However, in order to change the fabric, the color or an item, you must return the item you wish to exchange (see RETURNS) and make a new order online.
